    We need a person with, Excellent working experience on PHP, & MySQL with 3 - 5 years of experience. Familiarity with common open source PHP apps. Good concepts on Object Oriented Design/Development. Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Ajax , Smarty, Java Script,XML. Ability to Lead web development team & handle pressure and demands.



    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
    • Responsible to interact with the US/UK clients for necessary amendments / changes in the projects as per need arises. Capable to understand & analyzing the clients requirements.
    • You will be also responsible to create web applications by your own logic.
    • As Team Leader the Project Lead will be responsible for the management of the PHP development teams.Management includes both project and line management.
